Sandown Lakeside in Melbourne is hosting Saturday racing on January 25th, 2025, during a long weekend for many Australians. The weather is nice at 25 degrees, and the track is rated Good. The first race starts at 12:15pm (AEDT). There are 10 races with a total prize purse of $1.6M, including 5 group level races.
The main event is the $250k Sportsbet Blue Diamond Preview (C&G), a set weight race over 1,000 metres.

Very solid effort at Flemington in stronger grade, maps well here and good record at this trip, looks perfectly placed and stable are absolutely airborne…

Some query the trip but form is super, should be able to roll straight to the lead and has the right jockey on to rate it perfectly.
